🧾 Ingredients

🥩 Meat Crust

  • 2 lb (900g) lean ground chicken or turkey
    (or 90/10 beef if preferred)

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 tsp salt (optional)


🧀 Toppings

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

  • 8–10 oz pepperoni or cooked bacon

  • Optional:

    • Sausage crumbles

    • Ground beef

    • Ham

    • Extra cheese layers 😈


🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat

  • Oven: 400°F (205°C)

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper


2️⃣ Make the Crust

In a large bowl combine:

  • Ground meat

  • Eggs

  • 1½ cups mozzarella

  • Parmesan

  • Salt

Mix until fully combined (use hands for best texture)


3️⃣ Shape & Bake Crust

  • Press mixture into a large thin pizza circle
