Sausage cheese muffins

Ingredients:
1 cup Bisquick mix
1 lb cooked sausage (crumbled or chopped)
4 large eggs, beaten
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar works great, but feel free to use your favorite!)\
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
Prepare the Sausage:
If your sausage isn’t already cooked, brown it in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces. Drain any excess grease and set aside to cool slightly.
Mix the Batter:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, cooked sausage, beaten eggs, and shredded cheese. Stir everything together until fully combined. The mixture should be a thick batter.
Fill the Muffin Tin: Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Bake:
Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool & Serve:
Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before serving. They’re great as a breakfast or snack!
