Nutty Chocolate Clusters

Ingredients:

1 cup mixed nuts (e.g., almonds, peanuts, cashews, pecans — roasted and unsalted)

1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (you can also use milk chocolate or white chocolate)

1 tsp coconut oil or butter (optional, for smoother melting)

A pinch of sea salt (optional, for topping)
Instructions:

Prepare a baking sheet:
Line a tray with parchment or wax paper. -
Melt the chocolate:

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil.

Heat in 20–30 second bursts, stirring between each until smooth and fully melted.

(Alternatively, melt over a double boiler on the stove.)

Mix in the nuts:
Add the nuts to the melted chocolate and stir until evenly coated. -
Form clusters:
Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate-nut mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. -
Optional — add a touch of flair:
Sprinkle with sea salt, shredded coconut, or a drizzle of white chocolate for a fancy look. -
Chill:
Refrigerate for about 20–30 minutes, or until firm. -
Enjoy or store:
Keep in an airtight container at room temperature (if cool) or in the fridge for longer freshness.
