Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions:

  1. Pound chicken to even thickness.

  2. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 5–7 min per side.

  4. Add butter at the end for flavor and juiciness.

  5. Let rest 5 min before slicing.


2. Oven-Baked Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • Olive oil

  • Your favorite spices (paprika, thyme, onion powder, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Brush chicken with oil, then rub with spices.

  3. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C).

  4. Rest before serving.


3. Creamy Garlic Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts (2)

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • ½ cup parmesan cheese

  • Butter & olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Sear seasoned chicken in oil & butter until golden. Remove from pan.

  2. Sauté garlic, then add cream, broth, and parmesan.

  3. Return chicken to pan, simmer until cooked through and sauce thickens.

  • Pound to even thickness for even cooking.

  • Don’t overcook – use a meat thermometer (165°F is done).

  • Let it rest before slicing to keep juices in.
