Directions
- In a mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to blend heavy cream, powdered monk fruit sweetener, and cocoa powder until stiff peaks form.
- Transfer the mixture into a storage baggie, and place it in the freezer until just frozen (approximately 25 minutes, depending on freezer temperature).
