Ingredients

½ cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)

3 large eggs

½ cup fresh blueberries

Optional: pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract for extra flavor
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or grease silicone molds.

Blend or whisk: Add cottage cheese and eggs to a blender or whisk by hand until fully smooth and fluffy.

Pour & top: Pour the mixture into muffin molds or small rounds on the baking sheet. Gently press blueberries into the top.

Bake for 15–18 minutes or until puffed, golden on the edges, and set in the center.

Cool slightly before removing and serving. Enjoy warm or chilled!
