Cottage Cheese Chips – High-Protein, Low-Carb, and Super Crunchy!

Ingredients:

1 cup cottage cheese (small curd works best)
Optional: seasonings like garlic powder, paprika, ranch seasoning, or everything bagel seasoning

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) or air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
Line a baking sheet or air fryer tray with parchment paper.
Scoop 1–2 tablespoon mounds of cottage cheese onto the parchment and flatten them slightly into thin circles.
Sprinkle your desired seasonings on top.
Bake for 25–35 minutes or air fry for 12–15 minutes, until golden and crisp.
Let cool completely to allow full crispiness before removing.
