Chicken Bacon Casserole Recipe

One of the most favoured Carnivore diet recipes is this chicken bacon casserole made with animal-based ingredients, such as chicken and bacon, cheese, and cream, which provide high levels of healthy protein and fat.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds of chicken breasts or thighs

- 4 slices of bacon

- 1 cup cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 1/4 cup butter or ghee

- 1 pinch sea salt

- 1 pinch pepper (optional)
Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the chicken bones and skin, and slice it into small pieces.
- Slice the bacon and cook it as you like.
- Season the chicken with salt (and pepper) and spread in a greased dish.
- Get a bowl and mix the chicken broth, Carnivore diet heavy whipped cream, and melted butter.
- Pour the batter over the chicken and distribute evenly.
- Spread the crumbled bacon on the chicken.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminium foil and cook through in the oven.
- Remove the chicken dish from the oven after about 30 minutes. Remove the foil and cover the casserole dish with shredded cheddar.
- Let the cheddar melt for 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for some minutes. Bon Appetit!
