Carnivore meatballs, Alfredo.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (or beef/pork blend)

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper (optional if strict carnivore)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan (optional but great for texture)

  • 1–2 tbsp heavy cream (optional, for softer meatballs)

  • Butter or beef tallow for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix meat, egg, salt, pepper, and parmesan (if using).

  2. Form meatballs (about golf-ball size).

  3. Pan-fry in butter/tallow on medium heat until browned and cooked through, OR bake at 400°F (205°C) for 15–18 minutes.


🧀 Carnivore Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½–1 cup grated parmesan

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Salt to taste

  • Optional: small spoon of cream cheese for extra thickness

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan on medium-low.

  2. Add heavy cream; simmer gently 3–4 minutes.

  3. Stir in parmesan until melted and smooth.

  4. Add salt to taste.

Place meatballs in a skillet, pour Alfredo sauce over them, and simmer 2–3 minutes so flavors combine.
