Ingredients:

  • 6 egg yolks

  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream

  • 1 tbsp beef gelatin (optional, for firmness)

  • 1/2 tsp salt (Celtic or Redmond)

  • Optional: 1 tbsp egg white powder (for extra protein & fluff)

Instructions:

  1. In a cold metal bowl, whip all ingredients together for about 8–10 minutes, until thick and fluffy.

  2. Pour mixture into silicone molds, ice cube trays, or mini muffin tins.

  3. Freeze for 3 hours.

  4. Pop out bites, whip again briefly if needed, then freeze again until solid (about 2–3 hours).

  5. Store in a freezer-safe container. Let sit a few minutes before eating for best texture.

Tips:

  • Use silicone molds for easy removal.

  • Add a sprinkle of freeze-dried liver powder on top for a nutrient-dense twist.

  • Great for kids — no sugar, no junk!

Let me know if you want a “sweet” taste using only carnivore-friendly ingredients like colostrum or raw milk!
