Carnivore Crepes (Soft & Rollable)

Makes: 8–10 thin crepes

Ingredients
Crepe Batter

6 large eggs

4 tbsp cream cheese (softened)

4 tbsp beef gelatin powder
(or collagen powder) -
¼ cup water or milk (adjust for thin batter)

Pinch of salt (optional)
For Cooking

Butter or beef tallow (for pan)
Instructions
Blend Batter
Add to blender:

Eggs
-
Cream cheese
-
Gelatin
-
Water/milk
-
Salt (if using)
Blend until completely smooth Batter should be thin and pourable like classic crepe batter
Heat Pan

Heat non-stick skillet on medium-low
-
Lightly grease with butter or tallow
Cook Crepes

Pour ¼ cup batter into pan

Quickly swirl pan to spread thin

Cook 30–45 seconds until set

Flip gently and cook 15–20 seconds
-
Remove and stack on plate
Repeat with remaining batter
