Carnivore Crepes (Soft & Rollable)

🧾 Ingredients

Crepe Batter

  • 6 large eggs

  • 4 tbsp cream cheese (softened)

  • 4 tbsp beef gelatin powder
    (or collagen powder)

  • ¼ cup water or milk (adjust for thin batter)

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

For Cooking

  • Butter or beef tallow (for pan)


🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Blend Batter

Add to blender:

  • Eggs

  • Cream cheese

  • Gelatin

  • Water/milk

  • Salt (if using)

Blend until completely smooth
👉 Batter should be thin and pourable like classic crepe batter


2️⃣ Heat Pan

  • Heat non-stick skillet on medium-low

  • Lightly grease with butter or tallow


3️⃣ Cook Crepes

  • Pour ¼ cup batter into pan

  • Quickly swirl pan to spread thin

  • Cook 30–45 seconds until set

  • Flip gently and cook 15–20 seconds

  • Remove and stack on plate

Repeat with remaining batter
