Carnivore Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz (½ block) cream cheese, softened

  • 4 tbsp butter (or beef tallow for a deeper flavor)

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

  • Pinch of salt

  • (Optional) 1–2 tsp keto sweetener (omit for strict carnivore)

  • (Optional) 1–2 tsp vanilla extract or collagen powder for texture

Instructions:

  1. Soften cream cheese and butter at room temperature (or microwave 10–15 sec).

  2. Whip together in a bowl until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add heavy cream and salt; whip again until thick and fluffy.

  4. Taste and adjust — more butter = richer, more cream = smoother.

  5. Spread mixture into a small dish or silicone mold.

  6. Freeze 1 hour (or refrigerate 2–3 hours) until firm.

  7. Cut into squares — rich, dense, and melt-in-your-mouth.


🍫 Version 2: Carnivore-Friendly “Chocolate” Fudge (with Cocoa or Cacao Butter)
