Carnivore Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:

4 oz (½ block) cream cheese, softened

4 tbsp butter (or beef tallow for a deeper flavor)

2 tbsp heavy cream

Pinch of salt

(Optional) 1–2 tsp keto sweetener (omit for strict carnivore)

(Optional) 1–2 tsp vanilla extract or collagen powder for texture
Instructions:

Soften cream cheese and butter at room temperature (or microwave 10–15 sec).
Cream cheese delivery -
Whip together in a bowl until smooth and creamy.

Add heavy cream and salt; whip again until thick and fluffy.

Taste and adjust — more butter = richer, more cream = smoother.

Spread mixture into a small dish or silicone mold.

Freeze 1 hour (or refrigerate 2–3 hours) until firm.

Cut into squares — rich, dense, and melt-in-your-mouth.
Version 2: Carnivore-Friendly “Chocolate” Fudge (with Cocoa or Cacao Butter)
For those doing ketovore or relaxed carnivore and okay with cocoa powder.
Ingredients:

1–2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Pinch of salt

(Optional) 1–2 tsp keto sweetener (allulose, stevia, or erythritol)

In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.

Add cream cheese and stir until fully melted and smooth.

Whisk in cocoa powder, cream, salt, and sweetener (if using).

Stir until silky and thickened slightly.

Pour into a parchment-lined dish or silicone mold.

Freeze for 1 hour or refrigerate until set.
