Sourdough discard cinnamon rolls

Ingredients
Wet Mix 1:
* ¾ cup warm milk
* ⅔ cup sourdough discard
* ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
Wet Mix 2:
* 1 egg
* 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
* 1 tsp vanilla
Dry Mix:
* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp baking powder
* ½ tsp baking soda
Filling:
* 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted (for brushing)
* ½ cup brown sugar
* ½ cup granulated sugar
* 1 tbsp cinnamon
Optional Glaze:
* Powdered sugar + milk, whisked
Instructions
1. Whisk together warm milk, discard, and butter.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk egg, butter, and vanilla.
3. Combine with flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix until shaggy. Cover and rest 30 min.
4. Knead 5 minutes, cover and rest 30 minutes.
5. Roll out dough into a large rectangle.
6. Mix brown sugar, sugar, and cinnamon. Brush dough with butter, then spread sugar mixture.
7. Cut into strips with a pizza cutter, roll, and place into lined cupcake tray or greased 9×13 dish.
8. Bake at 350°F for 24–26 minutes.
9. Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze if desired.
