Chicken Mozzarella Bombs (High Protein)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix Chicken and Cheeses: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Form Bombs: Using your hands, form the mixture into small round balls (bombs) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bombs are golden brown on top.
  • Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and enjoy hot!
