Chicken Mozzarella Bombs (High Protein)

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix Chicken and Cheeses:Â In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Form Bombs:Â Using your hands, form the mixture into small round balls (bombs) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased.

Bake:Â Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bombs are golden brown on top.
