No-Bake Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Protein Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats
½ cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder
¼ cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flaxseeds or chia seeds (optional)
¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

Mix Dry Ingredients – In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon, salt, and flaxseeds (if using).
Add Wet Ingredients – Stir in peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until the mixture is evenly combined.
Fold in Chocolate Chips – Gently mix in the chocolate chips.
Form into Balls – Scoop out small portions and roll into bite-sized balls. If the mixture is too dry, add a splash of milk or more honey.
Chill & Set – Place the protein balls on a parchment-lined plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
