Chocolate Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients


• 1/3 cup (80 g) cottage cheese
• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons (15 g) cocoa powder
• 3 tablespoons (36 g) monk fruit sweetener
• 1 tablespoon (8 g) almond flour
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon (10 g) chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Blend cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth.

2. In a microwave-safe mug, mix blended cottage cheese, egg, cocoa powder, monk fruit sweetener, almond flour, and vanilla until smooth.

3. Fold in chocolate chips.

4. Microwave on high for 60 to 90 seconds, until set but still fudgy in the center.

5. Let cool for 1 minute before eating warm.
