HEALTHY COOKIES – NO SUGAR! NO FLOUR

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas (for natural sweetness)

1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if you prefer)

1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter

1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or raisins (optional)

1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mash bananas in a bowl.

Add peanut butter and vanilla, mix well.

Stir in oats, coconut, cinnamon, salt, and chocolate chips or raisins.

Scoop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
