Carnivore Cheese Buns. ZERO carbs

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 g Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Pork Rind Crumbs (I recommend these – amazon)
  • 1 Egg large
  • Optional: Chili Flakes omit for strict carnivore

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Start by preheating the oven to 350°F and adding all the ingredients to a medium bowl.
  • Mix until everything is well combined, and then divide into 4 portions.
  • Form each into a patty shape and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Flatten them a bit using the back of a spoon.
  • Bake at 350°F for 17-20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
