Carnivore Cheese Buns. ZERO carbs

INGREDIENTS
- 150 g Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 30 g Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Pork Rind Crumbs (I recommend these – amazon)
- 1 Egg large
- Optional: Chili Flakes omit for strict carnivore
INSTRUCTIONS

Start by preheating the oven to 350°F and adding all the ingredients to a medium bowl.

Mix until everything is well combined, and then divide into 4 portions.

Form each into a patty shape and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Flatten them a bit using the back of a spoon.

Bake at 350°F for 17-20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
