Bacon cheese Burger Soup

Ingredients:*
– 1 lb ground beef
– 6 slices of bacon, diced
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 4 cups beef broth
– 2 tbsp butter
– Salt and pepper to taste
*Instructions:*
1. Cook ground beef and bacon in a pot until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add beef broth and bring to a simmer.
3. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
4. Add butter and stir until melted.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot, garnished with additional bacon and cheese if desired.
