Carnivore Bread

Ingredients:

1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted

1 ½ cups full-fat cottage cheese

2 cups pork panko (pork rinds crushed into fine crumbs)

12 large eggs

Food processor (or a powerful blender)

9×5 inch loaf pan

Cooking spray or extra butter to grease the pan
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the pan:Â Grease the loaf pan thoroughly with butter or spray it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Make pork panko: If you don’t have pre-made pork panko, pulse pork rinds in the food processor until they form fine crumbs.

Mix ingredients:

In the food processor, add the melted butter, cottage cheese, pork panko, and eggs.

Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined — about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Pour the batter:Â Transfer the batter into the greased loaf pan and spread it out evenly.

Bake:Â Place the loaf pan in the oven and bake for about 60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool:Â Let the bread cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then carefully remove and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
