Ingredients:
- 1 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
Instructions:
-
Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
-
Mix the Ingredients:
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the grated mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and the egg.
- Mix everything together until well-combined. The mixture should form a dough-like consistency that can be easily flattened.
-
Shape the Crust:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Transfer the cheese mixture onto the parchment paper, and use your hands or a spatula to flatten the mixture into an even layer, about 1/4 inch thick (you can make it thicker or thinner depending on your preference).
-
Bake:
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is nicely browned, and the edges are crispy.
-
Serving Options:
- Once done, remove the crust from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- For Pizza:Â Top with your favorite pizza toppings and bake again until the cheese is melted.
- For Breadsticks:Â Cut into strips and serve with marinara or dipping sauce.
- For Sandwiches:Â Slice into pieces that resemble sandwich bread and use for making carnivore-friendly sandwiches.
This is a super flexible recipe, and I love how it can be used in so many ways! You could even add some garlic powder, Italian seasoning, or other herbs to give it extra flavor, depending on your taste preferences. Enjoy!
