Ingredients

– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cooked and shredded
– 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese (if using), cooked bacon (if using), salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
3. Lay the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper or a silicone mat, forming a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
4. Roll up the mixture tightly, using the parchment paper or silicone mat to help you.
5. Slice the roll into 1-inch thick slices.
6. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
